The Cambria Hotel Rockville is located minutes from Rockville Town Center, a pedestrian-friendly neighborhood full of shops and restaurants. Just half a mile from the Rockville Metro station on the Red Line, the hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring Rockville and Washington, D.C. It is located approx. 15 miles from our wedding venue, Tusculum Farm; shuttles will transport guests to and from the hotel for the wedding ceremony and reception.

For those checking in to the hotel on Saturday, September 4: Although we hope hotel rooms will be available for guests to check-in as early as 12:00pm that day, if a room is not available before the shuttles to our venue begin, never fear! There are secure spaces for you to store your luggage and get ready for the celebration. For your reference, we anticipate the shuttles leaving the hotel at 3:00pm.
For those who are flying
The DC metro area has three major airports: Baltimore-Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), Dulles Airport (IAD), and National Airport (DCA). For your planning purposes, the following are the driving distances between each and the hotel accommodations we have reserved: BWI (36 miles), IAD (28 miles), and DCA (23 miles). All three airports are also accessible via some form of public transit, however we would recommend renting a car or taxi/Uber/Lyft from either BWI or IAD in particular.
BWI is on the MARC train Penn Line. To reach the hotel, you would take a free shuttle from BWI to the MARC train station. From there, you would take the Penn Line to Washington, DC/Union Station. Once at Union Station, you can take the Metro Red Line to the hotel or taxi/Uber/Lyft.
DCA is Metro-accessible. To reach the hotel, you would take the Yellow Line and transfer to the Red. Once you arrive at Rockville Metro Station, you are a half-mile walk from the hotel.
IAD may be Metro-accessible via the Silver Line by the time of our wedding!
For those who are driving
A parking garage is available at the hotel we have reserved guest accommodations, as is on-street parking.
At our venue, Tusculum Farm, parking will be available via complimentary valet.
For those who are traveling by bus/train
Union Station in Washington, DC is approximately 25 miles from the hotel. Taxis, Ubers, and Lyfts are all easily accessible. Alternatively, you may choose to take the Metro Red Line from Union Station to Rockville Station where you are a half mile walk from the hotel. Amtrak, MARC, and several bus companies (e.g. Bolt Bus) all stop at Union Station.
For those who are traveling by Uber, Lyft, etc.
Although it is certainly possible to reach Tusculum Farm via Uber, Lyft, etc., it may be challenging when leaving at the end of the evening. We would recommend scheduling your return trip via the app ahead of time.
